TALENT will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.

If the answers to these questions are YES,there is no way you can fail."- Lou Holtz

john F. Kennedy Video
President Kennedy in the video was saying that everyone should stay mentally and physically strong. When you exercise you keep strong. This video made me realize that when you keep your body strong then you will be strong. I will not do drugs and not get drunk because it is really bad for our body.
Student Success Statement
"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong." -President John F. Kennedy
This statement is saying that the skill you carry and the knowledge you hold can only be at its fullest when the body is healthy and strong. It does not only mean by physicality, but also spiritually and mentally. Your body is one whole and every single part, whether the outside or the inside, both have to be healthy. For example, just because you are really buff and full of strength does not mean that your mind is that strong. Keep your body wealthy with health and strength.
