Duties and
Responsibilities:
Medical assistants help care for the
patients. They make appointments, take blood pressure, respirations, temperatures; and other things that they need to examine the patient. They work
in hospitals, clinics, and private physician offices.
Average
Salary: $17,000- $18,000
Educational
Requirements:
High school must be completed with biology,
physical science, office management, communications and human relations. GED’s
may also be accepted. Training programs for this career are held at community
colleges and for-profit technical training schools they need to complete from
six months to two years.

I would not like to be a medical
assistant because I want to be a doctor. Helping the doctor is very important,
but it is not for me.
