Duties and Responsibilities:
   They use high frequency sound waves into the body tissues that create images of organs, diseased masses, and fetuses. There are some sonographers that specialize in certain regions of the body. They also check patient’s medical histories, explain procedures, and know what the best position is for getting the image. Most of them work in hospitals.
Average Salary: $24,000- $38,000
Educational Requirements:
   In high school students should take the highest classes in math, science, and English. Depending on the work experience you had training can take up to one to four years and these training programs are offered in hospitals and community colleges. After the training is complete you have to pass annual certification tests.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!

I would not like to be a sonographer because it does not interest me. It seems that this career isn’t really what I want to be.
