This statement means that no one else than myself can change my actions, beliefs, and way of living. Of course people can try to correct, but only you choose whether you want to change or not. For example if you are addicted to drugs you can go to many places to rehabilitate yourself and not be addicted anymore. Only hen you choose to try and not be addicted will it happen. You and only you is the driver of your own life.
