Five Tips For A Healthy Heart

  • A healthy diet - fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Avoid smoking
  • Keep an active lifestyle
  • Maintain a healthy body weight
  • Reduce your stress
My goal is to eat a healthier diet because I eat junk food and fast food. I need to start eating fresh foods that are low on sodium. I can also start working out about 45 minutes a day.
