Duties and
Responsibilities:
Environmental Health Specialist control the
regulation of food, consultation, and education. They also sanitize the food
that can be dangerous and infectious to the human body. They check the
environment, the housing, and the sewages to make sure they are safe for human.
They examine food so that they know it is not bad or has something that can
harm the human body.
Average Salary:
$40,000- $90,000
Education:
Environmental Health Specialists must have an
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree to begin. If you do research, environmental
protection, and resource management you need to earn at least a master’s. Some
who work in water resources engineering, air and industrial hygiene,
environmental management, and other fields that relate earn a Doctoral degree.

I would not like to be an Environmental Health
Specialist because my interests are more into the medical field. This has to do
with keeping people safe, but not in the way I would like to do.
